Self Defense Training

Well, if you're looking to learn self defense, you've come to the right place. While all of our martial arts programs are geared toward combat, fitness, and practical self defense, we realize many people are interested in training in what we like to call applied defense tactics.

We can coach you through common defense scenarios or cater toward your interests and goals.

Training Options: Private Lessons or In-Class Training

  • Private Lessons: Schedule time with an instructor for you and up to three additional people
  • In-Class Training: Our Defense Fit class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm offers consistent self defense and fitness training for ages 14 and up. During summer of 2018, we will offer our Youth Self Defense class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm.
  • Free Community Class: We offer a free Women's Self Defense class regularly throughout the year. Please contact us for more information about this class and to find out when it is scheduled next.
