MMA Solo: Fight-Style Fitness



All of the benefits of martial arts training, none of the risk of getting punched in the face. This program combines solid body mechanics for striking, self defense, and functional fitness.

Class Times:

  • Fight Fit - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11 am

  • Cardio Kickboxing - Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 am and 5:30 pm

  • Defense Fit - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm
