MMA Solo:



All of the benefits of martial arts training, none of the risk of getting punched in the face. This program combines solid body mechanics for striking, self defense, and functional fitness.

This program is highly adaptable, so whether you are a trained martial artist looking for conditioning, or it's your first day in the academy, this program will use solid martial arts fundamentals to get you in the best shape of your life.

Class Times:

  • Fight Fit - 5:30pm Mondays

    • This class focuses on basic strength training, endurance, and conditioning.

  • Fitness Kickboxing - 5:30pm Tuesdays

    • This class uses Muay Thai kickboxing techniques to create a fun and dynamic workout. The focus is on cardio and endurance.

  • Flux - 5:30pm Wednesdays

    • This class focuses on strength and flexibility, combining movements from yoga, Pilates, and Ginastica Natural.

  • Self Defense Fitness - 5:30pm Thursdays

    • Here is your new favorite fundamental Brazilian jiu jitsu class. We use the top 30 BJJ techniques for self defense to build a functional fitness class and life-saving self defense training all in one.
