Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

BJJ is a game of physical chess. Fitness, strategy, fun, and self defense are all wrapped up in this dynamic martial art. 

Our head instructor Jason Dodd teaches all of our youth martial arts classes, so your child will be training with an advanced black belt instructor with 20 years of coaching experience.

Class Times:

  • Youth BJJ (Gi Class) - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm

  • Youth MMA (No Gi and Striking) - Fridays at 5:30 pm

 

 

Youth Japanese Karate + Weapons

 
 

Authentic Japanese karate stems directly from the fighting style of Samurai warriors. Focus, discipline, and execution of proper technique contribute to the quality of this martial art. Our youth students spar at the end of every class, consistent with our practice of training students for combat and self defense.

Youth MMA

 
 

This is the class where we put it all together. Students train in no gi grappling, basic striking, fitness, and self defense.

Youth Muay Thai Kickboxing

 
 

Combining classical Thai boxing with Western kickboxing, our Dutch style of Muay Thai is a blast to train. Our youth students spar at the end of every class, consistent with our practice of training students for combat and self defense.

Ninja Warrior Training

 
 

Forget the free-for-all foam-padded play time. We've got a Ninja Warrior training course that we are certain your child will love. This class focuses on grip strength, flexibility, fitness conditioning, and martial arts gymnastics for a dynamic cross-training opportunity.

We have an indoor slack line obstacle course, climbing rope, agility activities, crash pad for martial arts gymnastics, and more!

Youth Self Defense

 

 

Focused on emotional and physical self defense, we work on tactical techniques for street defense, as well as de-escalating bullying situations.

Kinder Kicks for Ages 0-4

When we say that we are family-focused, we mean it! We offer three classes for ages 4 and under.

Remarkable Me (Ages 0-18 Months) - This is a "Mommy and Me" style martial arts fitness class with a workout for you and age-appropriate development for baby.

Jumping Joey (Ages 18-36 Months) - We use martial arts movements and activities to teach leadership and fitness. Parents are welcome to join in on this class.

Leadership Lion (Ages 3-4) - This is our "pre-martial arts" class for 3 and 4 year olds. We focus on the basics and incorporate fun activities.
